Shipping Policy
Order Processing:
- We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days.
- Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details (please check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox).
- All shipments include full tracking.
Returned Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any return fees charged by the shipping carrier. These fees may vary depending on the carrier and the situation.
- Once we receive the returned package and verify the corrected shipping address, we will gladly resend the order. The customer will be required to pay for the additional shipping costs, which will be communicated prior to reshipping. The order will be reshipped once these costs are covered.
- To avoid shipping issues, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete during the checkout process.
